Create, store, and track an unlimited number of correspondence folders, tasks for each correspondence item, extended notes for each item, "regular" correspondents, and "one-time" correspondents. Security Features: Add a watermark to every opened document with the user ID. Allow or deny printing or downloading attachments. Standard reports on open, overdue, and completed correspondence or tasks.
